Aerial Junior at ECER 2024

As part of the European Conference on Educational Robotics 2024 in Vienna, Austria, six teams from Austria and Spain competed in the first ever Aerial Junior Challenge.

The Aerial Tournament took place on Tuesday and Wednesday. Teams were tasked with autonomously landing their drones on designated platforms on the ground. For example, the drones had to land within a circle of the correct color, and on the last three circles, they needed to take off and land in a specific sequence.

Each team had a total of four attempts, and the scores from their two best attempts were used for the final ranking.
